Chapter 10

The Chakra of Unconditional Love

There is another way to go into the heart that the Tibetan Masters, Karma Dorje and Tenzin Dhargey, applied very often. They told me that this way works very well especially for practitioners who know and use the main human energy centers: the chakras. They call it the Way of Pure Love because it is related with the chakra of the heart that is responsible for unconditional love.

Karma Dorje and Tenzin Dhargey explained that we have two main heart chakras (see image on page 81). The first one, the chakra of unconditional love is situated in the middle of the body inside the prana tube at the level of the inferior end of the sternum bone (the xiphoid process small bone). The second chakra is located in the middle of the chest and the Masters call it the Chakra of Emotions.

Both chakras play a major role within the energy of the human bodies. The Chakra of Emotions needs to be harmonized every time we have an emotional issue, a conflict or a disagreement that changes our energy and makes us stressed and angry. It is the seat of emotional traumas and we need to clean it continuously until all the intense emotions are gone. According to the Tibetan Masters, if we do not use a method to clean the Chakra of Emotions, sooner or later we fall ill and our physical body suffers greatly.

I strongly advise spiritual seekers to clean their emotional traumas before starting their inner journey in search of divine grace and remembering who they really are. There are different methods to do it; the simplest ones are healing through Rebirthing techniques and the exercises from Heart Imagery workshops.

An important role is played by the three spheres (see image on page 101) of energy that surround the navel chakra, the chakra of unconditional love and the pineal chakra in the middle of the brain. These spheres are literally reserves of energy connected with the prana tube that crosses through the middle of our body.

There are different ways to bring prana in these three spheres. The usual way of bringing energy in the lower sphere, the navel sphere, is with the ancient Chinese exercises of Qi Gong or Tai Chi that fortify and strengthen the energy in the body.

The easiest way to bring energy in the middle sphere is through the prana tube; breathe in prana until you see, sense and feel that the sphere is filled with life force energy.

The upper sphere, or the halo, is activated when the third eye is activated. There are different ways to activate the third eye, but I always advise my students to do it after their spirit has moved into the heart.
